Is my financial data safe?

Yes. We use Plaid, the same secure infrastructure used by Venmo, Robinhood, and thousands of financial apps. Plaid connects directly to your bank with bank-level encryption. We never see or store your bank login credentials — only read-only transaction data flows through.

How does Plaid work?

When you connect a bank, you authenticate directly with your bank through Plaid's secure interface. We receive read-only access to your credit card transactions and account names — nothing more. We cannot move money, make purchases, or modify your accounts in any way.

Free accounts get full access to the card portfolio, benefits tracker, and card recommendations. You can run 1 optimization report per month, connect 1 bank account, and track 1 card with automatic transaction analysis. You can add unlimited cards to your portfolio manually. Upgrade to Plus or Pro for more reports, more connections, more tracked cards, and household mode.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your settings page and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. Your data stays safe in your account if you decide to come back.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your account and data are retained so you can pick up where you left off. Premium features are locked, but you keep free-tier access. You can permanently delete your account and all data from Settings at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

Our CPP (cents-per-point) benchmarks are based on our own research and analysis of real award pricing, transfer ratios, and redemption outcomes. We track min, typical, and max values per program and redemption method — not a single editorial guess. Valuations are regularly updated to reflect devaluations and program changes.

Yes. We track 3,500+ credit cards including business cards from Chase Ink, Amex Business, Capital One Spark, and more. Our database covers 384 unique card products plus 3,100+ community bank and credit union variants through the Elan Financial partner network. Business and personal cards can be managed in the same portfolio.
